She works to create a safe, judgement-free space and caters her work to fit the needs of each individual client or couple. She also supports clients experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and grief.

Laura specializes in anxiety and anxiety-related issues, trauma recovery, existential concerns, chronic illness, identity and sexuality, relationships, self-worth/self-compassion, and grief. She has experience working with people with diverse experiences and backgrounds and works closely with the LGBTQ+ community. Laura works from a social justice lens and considers how systemic factors contribute to a client’s experience of life.

She is also a Certified Clinical Service Provider for individuals with ADHD. Lisa is an approved supervisor with the NSCCT and supervises registered counselling therapists working on their candidacy.

Alongside his work as a therapist, Dave is an active musician and artist, with years of experience composing and performing across Canada. He enjoys working with creatives and helping clients find a healing path that fits their unique values and needs. Dave also supports couples in deepening understanding, navigating patterns of disconnection, and building more secure, authentic relationships. He values working with clients from all walks of life and is committed to fostering an inclusive and affirming space.
